Why should I use Mill Pond Farm Photography for my listing?
With Mill Pond Farm Photography, any home becomes something that a buyer would be interested in. When rooms look happy, bright, clean, and welcoming, people are more interested in seeing more. I try to use my lens as a window into what the home could be.
What payment methods are acceptable?
Payment is due upon arrival to take the images via cash, check, or debit/credit.
How do I get my pictures?
The photographs are processed and then relayed to the client through a zip file attached to an email or shared to you via Drive.
How long does it take to get my pictures?
Pictures are usually relayed to the realtor through email that day but when times get busy, we guarantee they are done 24-48 hours after taking the photographs. If you need them ASAP and want rushed processing, a $50 fee will be added to your total fee.
Can I get drone photography by itself?
Drone photography is offered either by itself for $100 or with the interior/exterior photography package. Drone photos are perfect for listings that include large parcels of land, houses with a view or river frontage, or well...any of them, to be honest!
Can Mill Pond Farm Photography help me with marketing my listing?
Mill Pond Farm Photography also can offer skills in graphic design. Flyers and brochures for your listings are perfect to lay out at an open house, hand out to the neighbors if you are door-knocking, or just to have available for showings to make sure your client knows that THEY are your top priority.
